Distressing fun.

Last night I went along to a technique class and had so much fun! Nothing to do with stampin' up! But stamping is stamping.... Isn't it!?
The techniques were fab, starting at the basics, blending inks together, and exploring resist effects. It was a fun messy, ink evening.
Despite scrubbing my fingers - (after wearing gloves..) I still have red orange fingers this morning.
Anyway, got me thinking... I have the perfect stamps to do this technique, so.... I've just had a play and came up with this little 'tag' I'll probably use it for some cards for next week...

Products used were:
French Foliage
Distressing kit (the inks in this kit are Fab !!)
Marina Mist
Pacific point
Baja breeze
Whisper white cs

Personalised cards

I made a sample card. Using thep stampin' up! alphabet dies for the bigshot. It was really quick and easy to make, so I'm going to make some up for the next event to personalise.
The set I used was Circle circus.
Colours, Choc Chip, Rose Red, Pumpkin Pie & Rich Razzleberry.

Pamper Evening success

My friend invited me through wonders of facebook along to a pamper evening to support a majorettes group. I thought it would be a good idea just to let more people know that I am around. I mainly demo'd, but also let people make there own cards.
It was a great networking event and would highly advise it for other demos.

I love to inspire!

I am very lucky at the moment - regarding Stampin' Up!, my classes are popular, I am having a steady stream of workshops, but that's not what spurs me on. I really love to inspire my customers, I can't even refer to them as customers, as everyone who comes along is a friend!A very special friend, Michelle, showed me some creations she had made with her purchases and I wanted to share them all with you.

Belly Band for a present

The favourite part of my classes are when my friends show me their creations made from inspiration from our classes, I look forward every time to seeing them! Thank you to all those (you know who you are) who do this - it gives me great satisfaction knowing you've been creating at home too! Xxxx

I have some scrapbook pages that I've made with my Scrapbook Class - I'll be showing you those layouts in the next few days - come back for some more inspiration from me...

Hugs,
Emma xx
